Are you ready for some family fun? Well look no further because the C.O.P. Fun Day is the place to be for friendly competition, food, and fun. Whether you're just watching or wanting to join the games, you are invited!
Be sure to register by October 20th.
REGISTRATION: There are a few options when registering. If you'd like to participate in the games, select the Participant option for your age group. If you are an adult or teenager who just wants to attend but will not be participating in the games, select Spectator. If you are registering a child 13 and under, select Youth Participant for the appropriate age group. and be sure to enter their name and age when prompted during registration so we can assign them to the correct games. If you are interested in volunteering, register under the Volunteer option and someone will reach out to you with available opportunities.
Fun Day T-shirts are expected to be ready by Wednesday October 16th. Please be prepared to pick up your t-shirt from C.O.P. on either Sunday or Wednesday between then and the 23rd. Any remaining t-shirts can be picked up at Fun Day on the 26th.
Adult/Teen games will be for 9th graders through adults. Youth games will be for children 8th grade and younger. Age appropriate games will be available for each group so please be sure the youth are registered with the correct age group. Indoor games will be available for those not wanting to participate in the relays or other outdoor games.
Games include: Tug-O-War, Volleyball, Egg Toss, Sack Race, Hula Hoop Chain, Balloon Centipede, Go Fish, Cold Potato, Bingo and more!
Adult/Teen TEAMS: This year you have the opportunity to pick your teams before hand. Each team must consist of 6 to 8 people. If you are not on a team by October 20th, you will be assigned to a team at check in on the 26th. Each team will need a team leader. The team leader must confirm the team with Sis. Charise Horton or Sis. Michole Johnston. Please be sure each team member is registered BEFORE the team leader confirms the team.
KIDS' TEAMS: Kids' teams will all be assigned. Please be sure you entered the correct age for your child if they are 13 and under. *Parents/Guardians are responsible for their own children during the C.O.P. Fun Day event. Child care will not be available.
October 26th at 11:00 am we will begin check-in. The games are scheduled to begin at 12:30pm. Awards will happen at 4:00pm. Click here to view the current Fun Day Schedule.
We are asking the men to bring drinks and the women to bring desserts.
Yes. You may bring your own tent and chairs. You are responsible for your belongings at all times.
