The Bible has much to say about “Charity” and about how we are to help those in need.
Matt. 25:33-40 37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
When we care for someone in need, we do the will of Christ.
1 John 3:16-20 MSG 16-17 This is how we’ve come to understand and experience love: Christ sacrificed his life for us. This is why we ought to live sacrificially for our fellow believers, and not just be out for ourselves. If you see some brother or sister in need and have the means to do something about it but turn a cold shoulder and do nothing, what happens to God’s love? It disappears. And you made it disappear.
18-20 My dear children, let’s not just talk about love; let’s practice real love. This is the only way we’ll know we’re living truly, living in God’s reality.
James 2:14-18 14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,
16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your[d] works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
God instructs the Isrealites to leave a pattern of Charitable giving.
Deut. 24:19-22 19 “When you reap your harvest in your field, and forget a sheaf in the field, you shall not go back to get it; it shall be for the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands. 20 When you beat your olive trees, you shall not go over the boughs again; it shall be for the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow. 21 When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not glean it afterward; it shall be for the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow. 22 And you shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt; therefore I command you to do this thing.
Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

My Salvation Story: I accepted Christ at a very early age however, I joined a teaching church in 1989 that is when I learned about the Power and authority that God has given me through Christ. I have learned about praying and how to get prayers answered, how to read and get an understanding of the word, how to trust in God and not put my trust in man. I have developed an intimate relationship with God and to walk by faith.

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: I've had so many great supernatural experiences with God. The most recent one is; one of my grandbabies, at the age of 2 -1/2was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was in surgery for over 12 hours and when the doctor came out and said, "I got it all and during the surgery, I felt the prayers. " I knew my baby's journey would be a story to share with others from God. That strengthened my faith more.
Most People Dont Know This About Me: Most people don't know that, I like to analyze information & people demeanor.
